Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding


12oz Almond milk (Earths own Almond fresh unsweetened brand)

2 Tbsp Chia seeds

1/2 Vanilla

1 Tsp Honey

1/4 Cup Raspberries or berries of your choice


Put all ingredients in a Mason Jar (or glass bowl) with a lid. Put lid on, shake well.

Place in fridge overnight (or let sit for at least 4 hrs).

In the morning shake again to blend and enjoy for breakfast or just as a treat These little seeds are packed with Protein, Fibre, and omega 3 fatty acid.
