My passion is fitness. I was the one exercising in lycra and leg warmers to the Jane Fonda Tapes & punching & kicking to the Billy Blanks series Tao Bo videos.

I had a wonderful career teaching high school physical education, dance, drama & Performing Arts for 28 years in B.C. & Alberta. My fitness passion continued after my school day by instructing Boot Camps to my school staff. I have attended all types of courses learning the latest exercises programs such as; GLPT course, Tabata, Circuit training, Yoga and lifting weights.
