Video: Dr. Kirsten Bell’s lecture on how older adults can optimize their health, strength, and quality of life

We hosted Dr. Kirsten Bell’s talk on on healthy aging on September 21st, and – no joke – people who attended described it as  “life changing”.

We recorded the talk and are publishing it here with Dr. Bell’s permission because we think it’s important for anyone aged 55 and over to watch and share.

Dr. Bell spoke about the research studies she conducted at McMaster University to find out how exercise training and nutritional supplements (such as whey protein) can be adapted for use by older adults seeking to optimize their health, strength, and quality of life.
