Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookie

Ingredients (Makes 16 cookies)

  • 2 medium ripe Bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup of uncooked Quick Oats (certified gluten-free if necessary)
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (certified gluten-free if necessary)
  • Chocolate chips can be subbed for toasted coconut, dried cranberries, raisins or almond bits.


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine the mashed bananas, oats and chocolate chips in a bowl.
  • Place a tablespoon of each on a non-stick cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
