Margaret: Before and After

I joined the Glen Fitness Studio in January 2016 determined to lose weight, improve my body strength, flexibility and my over all sense of well being. My goal was to lose 37 lbs. and I achieved that goal in six months!

I began with Kelli and she really inspired me as she shared her journey regarding her weight loss. We talked food, diet, and nutrition as I worked out. She also referred me to the physiotherapist upstairs, Taryn Swit, who helped me with my knee and shoulder issues and then worked with Kelli to adjust my program.

When Kelli took a leave of absence I got to know Barb and worked with her. Barb and I got along well! I quickly came to realize that she was the author of the welcoming and supportive culture that is so special at Glen Fitness Studio.
