…friendly people who are my age and body shape

I was never one to join a gym to get exercise. After all we can get lots of exercise everyday just gardening, cleaning house, going up and down stairs at home.

How wrong I have been. As I get older I have developed knee, back and foot problems which have all been good excuses to become more sedentary. I also noticed that I was losing strength in my legs and tripping a lot, probably due to a medication I was put on several years ago.

Since joining Glen Fitness and working with Barb, the strength is returning to my legs, my knee, back and foot have all improved to the point that they no longer keep me awake at night and I have met lots of friendly people who are in my age and body shape category.

Going to the gym has become a routine that both Brian and I are glad we did. Thanks Barb
