It’s time to say goodbye to 2014, but not to your fitness habits

Willpower is like a muscle that becomes easily fatigued when not in regular use.

Building new regimes, according to research, takes from 50 – 250 days and that can challenge anyone’s willpower. However, GFS is your support. Give yourself permission to make mistakes and to take a brief hiatus, but get back to the gym after the holidays.

Fitness habits require effort. The only way to reach your goal is to start. So, forget about the numbers and focus on doing the work.
