Fall Schedule. Here we go!

Hello members!! the classes at the Studio do not have to be limited to the schedule listed below, but the dates and times listed, seem to fit for our community. If you have suggestions I am happy add more classes, but each class does require a minimum of 3 people.

This fall, we will be teaching you all to sign in for your classes on line at MiNDBODY. Don’t stress, we will teach you how to use the app. This gives us the ability to see if classes are over scheduled (we need to add a second class) or under scheduled….we have to cancel.

Lisa Capabianco will be holding a special 4 week course in beginners yoga starting late September (numbers permitting). There is a cost associated with this, and it is open to non-members, however members have priority and a discounted rate.

Did you know that our own Kelli Irwin-Scott has Reiki Masters qualification? Watch this space for more information as to how you can book appointments to see her, at the Studio.

Monday:

  • 8 am yoga with Lisa Capabianco … Every other week this will be a YIN YOGA class.

Tuesday:

Wednesday:

  • 8 am yoga with Lisa
  • 7 pm RESTORATIVE YOGA with Allison Monett.

Thursday:

  • Stretch Class – details to follow

Friday:

  • 8:15 – 8:45 Qigong with Heather

Saturday:

  • 8 am spin class
  • 9 am spin class
  • 9 am YOGA
  • 10:00 BOOT CAMP With Jodi beginning September 15th.
