Christmas Weight Gain

On average, we put on 5-12lbs over Christmas. It’s hard to say no to extra cookies, chocolate, alcoholic drinks, turkey dinners and food in general.

After building a gingerbread house, constructed primarily of chocolate, I too have put on unwanted weight. I don’t normally eat that type of stuff. Notice the wording I have used…”don’t”…which denotes a choice, rather than “I can’t”, which is a restriction.
