I train with Barb twice a week and she is always making things interesting for me. She switches up my routine so it’s a constant challenge and I never get bored.

I feel like Barb puts effort into my workout plan before I even arrive. My training sessions are well prepared. Barb is flexible and happy to adjust things depending on how I’m feeling, but she doesn’t just train on the fly.
