Yoga 1 ‘ohm’ 1

In this 8 week session, you will learn the fundamentals of yoga including types of yoga, sun salutations, breathing techniques, and basic poses. Participants will receive a booklet containing pictures, poses, modifications, alignment guidelines, breathing, props and more.

Each class will include discussions, pose breakdowns, and a flow. Special attention will be given to safety and proper alignment.

Yoga 1 ‘ohm’ 1 is designed for beginners, but anyone wishing to brush up on their basics are welcome.

Class information:

8 weeks for $ 200
Class size – Min 5 – Max 6.
