Being a small private gym, the transition to post-Covid management has been fairly easy. Personal training is on a one-to-one basis in one of 4 private rooms, each with its own entry point from the outdoors. Members can also book one of our 4 private and fully equipped rooms for a workout.


We have never been a fan of larger gyms and fitness club chains; we prefer a local neighbourhood health club that has a more friendly and personal feel. The gym is supposed to be a place to feel comfortable working out – not intimidated!

We looked everywhere for a fitness centre in Georgetown, Norval, Terra Cotta, Acton, Belfountain, Inglewood, Milton and Erin that would fit our needs. Unable to find one, we opened The Glen Fitness Studio in the beautiful hamlet of Glen Williams at the north end of Georgetown, Ontario in October 2013.

The Glen Fitness Studio is a private fitness club that is welcoming, spotlessly clean, and professional. Our top-of-the-line equipment is easy to use. We offer individualized personal training sessions with mature and highly qualified personal trainers. We also offer classes for Yoga, QiGong, Spinning, and Boot Camp that are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

It’s a space in which people of all ages and fitness levels will feel at home and comfortable working out.

Glen Fitness FAQs

What is the age range of your members? Will I fit in?

Our members range in age from 13 years old to 86, and all body shapes. We guarantee that no matter your level of fitness, you will feel comfortable.

What if my schedule doesn't mesh with your hours of operation?

The gym is open 85 hours per week to members, and we have been known to adjust the hours of operation to accommodate schedules. That’s the benefit of a private fitness club! If the posted hours are a problem, please make sure you speak to us.

Why do you put so much emphasis on personal training?

From years of past experience we have found that unless you are accountable to an appointment with a trainer, it’s easy to skip a workout. And then another, and another…

Not only that, it’s important to work with a trainer to design a program that will help you reach your goal. We’ll match you with someone you connect with, and your trainer will ensure you workout safely and using proper form.

What amenities do you offer?

We supply clean towels to use during your workout and offer a private shower with bath towel to use afterward, if you wish. As for water, we prefer that you bring your own eco-friendly water bottle to reduce waste but if you forget there is water available.

We take pride in the cleanliness of our studio.

Can I pay to attend classes if I'm not a member?

We’re sorry, but classes are limited to members only. Our classes are popular and class sizes are small, so there’s not enough room to accommodate drop-ins.
