8 Week Workshop: Fundamentals of Yoga
Yoga 1 ‘ohm’ 1
In this 8 week session, you will learn the fundamentals of yoga including types of yoga, sun salutations, breathing techniques, and basic poses.
Participants will receive a booklet containing pictures, poses, modifications, alignment guidelines, breathing, props and more.
Each class will include discussions, pose breakdowns, and a flow. Special attention will be given to safety and proper alignment.
Yoga 1 ‘ohm’ 1 is designed for beginners, but anyone wishing to brush up on their basics are welcome.
CLASS INFORMATIONCOST: $ 185.00
- Classes start on Thursday April 20, 2017
- Thursdays 7:00-8:00 pm for 8 weeks
WHERE: The Glen Fitness Studio, 511 Main Street
CLASS SIZE: Minimum of 5 people, maximum 6
- Glen Fitness Studio members can register until March 31st.
- If space is still available after April 1st then non-members can register
